So as some games were released before ratings boards were established, shouldn't there be an option in the ratings menu for "Released before Ratings" or is being left blank an acceptable compromise?
@ragepyro: A lot of things should be added. for one, OFLC doesn't even rate games in Australia anymore. The form is super outdated and incomplete, like a lot of things/options.
