Should real-time weapon change be a concept?

I think so, considering the amount of games that have this feature (or concept).

Looking over what concepts are. I'd call it a concept not a feature.

Seems right at home with stuff like "Fog of war" and "Weapon customization".

I would call those concepts as well. Same with "Third-person shooter" or "First person shooter". Although I'm unsure what those count as on the site.
Features to me more along the lines of what weapons it has, what classes it has or how good the graphics are.

it means you can change your weapons at the press of a button, as opposed to going into a menu.
