What to do when a game has not been released in the US?

In this case I'm thinking of the game  Englen, which was released in Denmark in 1999, but has never been released officially in the United States. What do I put in the infobox then? I'm supposed to write 'Original US Release', but there isn't any!

I thought so. But that means that it will always be places first in any 'Related games' array. Whereas if a date is set, then it will be neatly sorted by date. So it's kind of problematic.

@MrCellophane: Yep indeed. The engineers will need to change up that whole system one day. They need to change up quite some things really.
