I really don't like GTA4, so I'll agree.   Its combat is just broken.  Pull trigger to make him move his arms and shoot.  NO!  He should shoot immediately.

And MGS4 is a good game, but not anything more than great.  On the level of a AA game to me.  Definately is good though, doesn't suck one bit.

I haven't played MGS4, but I agree on GTA4. It just wasn't good.
