Agreed No more Heros is the way to go! Super Mario Galaxy is also great. Don't brother with unless your gonna get the GC version and just play it on your wii with a gamecube controller.
Super Mario Galaxy is easily the best original game you can get on the Wii and it uses the IR pointer in one of the most innovative ways of any Wii title around, likewise No More Heroes is the most original and funniest game on available. If you haven't played Okami or Resident Evil 4 their respective ports on the Wii are easily the best versions of the game and the Wii controls in those titles almost make the game feel like it was built for the Wii from the ground up. Aside from that you can pick up Zack and Wiki for $10 from ToysRUs.com now, I paid $40 for it and got a good 15 hours of point and clicking out of it.

I agree with the above posters, except for No More Heroes. I do not know what people see in that game. I played through the whole thing waiting for it to get good and it just never happened. It's not even funny. Well, maybe it's funny if you were born in the 90's.
All you need is Super SMash bro. and Mario Kart becuse they are the 2 biggest online games but I also recommand No More heroes. The only problem with No More Heroes is that it too short.
