Best Poker Game?

So I was playing Poker Night at the Inventory last night for the new achievements and I seemed to understand poker more than I ever have before. Could anyone recommend a good poker game to foster this new interest?

I've always thought that Sierra's Hoyle games have been pretty high quality. I haven't played one in years, but I can't imagine that they've botched the formula any.
