Actually, the best response is to just unplug your mic. Once they realize they have no audience, they'll probably shut up.

My XBL Gamer Tag use to be "XB0XViper".  Any time I would play Halo 3 online and such, every other matchmaking lobby I was in someone would call me out saying something like "XB0XViper? What a gay name!  You like Xbox THAT much?  Fag." So I recently decided to change my Gamer Tag to TimesHero.

Ok I'm not the racist type but the only bad experience's I've had would be from little boys, girls with their periods I guess, and blatantly said... I'm now scared to say...Niggas. Those are the people who have always tried having verbal fights with me, I have two Black friends on LIVE from Tennessee and they are twins and they are cool dudes and one said that me and my other friend could call them two Niggas if they're aloud to call us White trash because they don't take racism hard care because they know we don't intend to hurt them. Also I have found some actually cool people from the US, I usually  get bombarded with random insults from Americans but I found this little group of them and turned out to be nice people and rather funny, I'm sure most GB people from the US aren't complete utter douche bags.

My gamertag is simply 'Gamby,' so I often receive comparisons to Gumby, or the less popular Big Gay Gumby.

well I'm used to get insulted for being Mexican so when my friends and I are playing for example Gears of War 2, there were this 13 y.o. faggot kids that were all like "hey mexicans watch out for the border patrol or you gonna get raped when they take you back to mexico lolollolollol" and my friends and I were like "we live in Mexico you stupid kid, we're not immigrants" and they were like "there's no xbox and no internet in mexico bitches" so they just started screaming how pathetic we were and that we should wash their dishes, so me and my friends just owned them at the game so when we were about to give them bad rep, we checked their gamertags so we discovered one of them was jew and the other kid was black, so yeah we pretty much sent them like 4 or 5  hate messages with some massive racial insults, you know after being insulted for many times over xbl just because I was mexican, I decided that the best way to defend my self is to insult back, I'm not a racist guy but damn it fucking gets on my nerves.

i don't really have a bad one as i usually ignore them. the other day some dude on modern warfare 2 was like guys stop capturing i want to get my nuke... in the end of the game the dude went 16 and 16. i also kind of wanted to say if u want a nuke then maybe u should join some other game beside tactical games.

None that I can remember. Well, at least none that were horrible (that I can remember, at least...). Few "kids" who won't shut up, people who through around racial slurs, the "normal" kind you would think to find. Even when I played WoW I never came across any people who were bad like that.
 
Actually thinking about it, I really only find rooms where people don't talk in MW2. Every once in a while there'll be a group of people talking, but not a lot. Heck, the one "high-pitched" voice kid I came across wasn't annoying. He was with some other friends (deeper voiced) and in a party, probably. Ended up on the other team a few times, but overall was okay.

They're the sort of people who think it's cool to live on benefit's and not even try to get a job while they being payed for by everyone elses taxes. I had a guy talk about getting his dick sucked for and hour 1/2 and then he decided to replay some chick moaning....like it was some kind of porno.  I don't know if it was him being drunk or just retarded.

I know the most common culprits are the little kids, so they're a bit of a cliched antagonist. However, the absolute FUCKING WORST is when you hear some young kid singing tunelessly into the mic with the volume turned all the way up. I shouldn't have to clamor to mute someone while I'm playing a game godamnit. Where is the respect for other people? Second worst are the bossy ones who try get you to follow their lame-brained strategies only to get pissy when you tell them to shove it. Have never played with any native english speaking players so no bad experience there. The swedes, europeans and asians(koreans, chineses and japs) i have played with have all been friendly and helpfull. The only bad words i have heard have all been jokes and people teaching others how to swear in different languages. I can now say fuck in more then 10 different languages :)

A kid before puberty telling everyone exactly what he was doing at all times.  Took maybe 2 minutes of that before I muted him locally.

Also with my user name I get a lot of Obama jokes and the N word a lot even though I've had this name since before Bush was president. :(

My friend is great at impersonations and accents, so he just rips on people constantly by copying their accents. I know it can be annoying to people, but i find it hilarious. 

my worse online experience is when your doing a raid in everquest 2 and the healer fucking logs out mid way and you die. That makes me RAGE!!!!!
