For those of you who own BOTH a 360 and PS3 ....

360 for the online, friends, and controller. I'd miss games like Infamous, MLB 10, and Uncharted though. 
 
Seriously, I cannot emphasize the controller enough. I love me the 360 controller.

360 since I cant stand the triggers on the PS3 controller. I also prefer my 360 exclusive to my PS3 exclusives.

PS3

As much as i've invested into achievements and my games library for 360, i think i'd have to go with ps3. I'd get a lot more life out of it, it's my media hub and i enjoy playing with the people on my psn friends list more than my 360's friends list.

I'd keep my PS3, as none of my friends are into console multiplayer.  

360.  Luckily, I have both and don't spend a week without playing either so I don't have to worry about that.

I didn't go through and count the responses, but seems like the answers are split right down the middle - about half for 360 and half for PS3.

360 for friends, XBLA, and better controller

360 = 113 Retail Games + 31 XBLA Titles
PS3 = Metal Gear Solid 4 + 5 PSN Titles

PS3, no doubt. I love the exclusives way more.

I've had the 360 longer & if picking between the two I'd stick with it. PS3 has had some fun but do not care for bluray at all.

PS3, much more to look foward too.

I'd keep my PS3. I like the exclusives they have over the 360's (other than Mass Effect, but those eventually come to PC). I love my blu-rays. I don't play many online games so the major strength of XBL isn't a factor. And prior to the new 360 model, the PS3 looked nicer in my home entertainment setup, now they both look nice.
