Gamestop unclaimed preorder refunds

So, I don't know if I was the only one living in complete ignorance of this or if it was just put out there very silently by Gamestop, but you can now reclaim the money on any preorders you've made in the past that you never picked up. It only applies to expired preorders, to my knowledge. So that means anything you didn't pickup within 3 months after the game launched. I came across the page and figured what the hell, put in my info and apparently have about $203 just waiting for me. They only offer refunds in 'printable giftcard' form, however. But who knows, maybe you're as forgetful as me and will hit the jackpot. Good luck.

To be honest the whole taking a fucking fee for pre-orders is unacceptable bullshit. Whether they give it back/off the price of the game or not. 
 
I've never EVER paid for a pre-order and I pre-order almost every game I buy.
