Ghost of a Tale gets deadline extended [FUNDED!]

Ghost of a Tale's developer was interviewed by Patrick Klepek on the Dump Truck

The game's Indiegogo deadline was extended for ONE more week, which is unheard of. It's currently at 26,687 Euros out of 45,000. It's NOT using flexible funding, it's using the Kickstarter's fixed model, so if it's not fully funded, it's not getting made. It's not using Kickstarter, because apparently that's just for UK and USA, and this is from France. I really hope it makes it, looks very promising.

If you take a look at the remaining time for the campaign you will no doubt notice that INDIEGOGO HAS JUST PUSHED BACK THE DEADLINE BY ONE WEEK!

That’s right, in order to give it more chances to succeed they did something that they NEVER DO. EVER.

And thank you Bijan112 for suggesting the idea in the first place. I thought they would never do it. I was wrong… :)

“Ghost of a Tale” is also quickly climbing up the Steam Greenlight chart of “Top Rated All Time”; it’s now on the first page of the Concepts section!

And then I was a Negative Nancy and was all like:

Yo, why does this one particular project get its deadline extended and countless others did not? And what happens if that week passes and the funding goal is still not met?

Not trying to be down on the game but the nascent mysteries of crowdfunding are confusing.

That is a bit weird, why does this get it's deadline extended, did no-one else bother to ask if they could before?

And are you playing as a mouse with a weird haircut? I don't like that haircut, but other than that the game looks fine.

Not that it matters much I guess, they only got little time left and quite a stretch to reach their goal yet.

@assinass: Well I hope he does, if people want to make a good video game, then they should get the chance. And the game does look interesting!
