I shed a tear. No bullshit.
Giant Bomb, c. 1989
Dude, thank you for that. I was having a fairly shitty day with one terrible thing happening after another terrible thing, but this was a nice little ray of sunshine that made me smile.
Well done. I don't know if Harry Anderson or Richard Moll would approve but well done none the less.
Even though they ditched the long form intro in season 3, this intro just sums the show up nicely. Well Done.
Very well done. I will now forever associate the theme from Night Court with Giant Bomb. Though, I'm not really old enough to remember Night Court, so that is rather moot.

Minor change if you can. It should end with "And Drew Scanlon" or even "And introducing Drew Scanlon"
I was thinking this too or "And Drew Scanlon as The Editor" or something of that nature. Overall Super awesome though! XD
That is some good stuff. I had to ask myself if that was the beer and sleepiness, or did I just see that. Quality stuff.
Watching the actual Night Court intro makes me appreciate all the subtle changes that made it fit with the GB crew, like the BART train, the CBS offices, and the Golden Gate at the beginning.
Sadly no Markie Post, which is to be expected. For reals though, this is an exquisite mashup of Night Court and Giant Bomb although prior to learning about Night Court this video was that much more definitive in it's 1989'ness.
I had completely forgotten that Patrick was part of the original cast before he left in Season 7 and came back later. (What was the plot reason? Wasn't he going to college or something?) Such great memories.

Remember that two-parter where Brad tried to recover his Mass Effect 1 save?
That was a great one.

My least favorite episode, though, was when Ryan was sitting in his backyard with the humming bird mask on for the full 30 minutes. No music, no birds, just silent, still, frustrated Hummingbird mask Ryan on a lawnchair, and a canned laugh track every 30 seconds.

My least favorite episode was the one with Leigh Alexander.
I know she's got a very respectable body of work, but her guest appearance was just terrible.
Any time Brad Muir showed up, though, that was comedy gold. He was awesome as the crazy neighbor!
