indeed. it was probably one of the only intros to ever creep me out. it got to the point where when my brother started up the intro, i just left the room.   fantastic opening.  "

I thought the Skate 2 intro was great.

I thought Borderlands' intro was pretty sweet.

I thought the way Prey started was pretty good.

Probably the best i've seen recently. When you take control of Shepard and walk through the destroyed Normandy its insane. Then when he is blown into space and falls into orbit, the entire time my mouth was open i was thinking what the fuck.

I know it's cool to rag on this game, but the BioShock 2 intro made me go "Oh fuck!" and stare with bugged eyes and dropped jaw.
 

The introduction to MGS2 was better than MGS. For all you people saying MGS, you're crazy. Oh crap a sub just launched a small pod into sub freeze arctic waters that is the most amazing intro video ever. Somehow, I don't think so. But nice try.
 
 @CrazGamer: That's the E3 trailer, not the opening of the game. The opening of the game just has a cold start in a bathroom.
