Has the Giant Bomb crew affected your manner of speech?

After having listened to the Bombcast for a while, I noticed that phrases like "Yo man," "word," and "I don't know if you know this, but [incredibly obvious statement]," have entered my regular vocabulary. Has anyone else had similar effects, or am I just crazy? Scratch that, I'm crazy regardless, but  has anyone else had similar effects?

I find that when I am talking about something complicated with someone else, I lower my voice to Brad-octave, and take on that style of speech that makes him sound like he's forcing the words out of him. It's a real hit with the ladies.

No, i am not American so if i adopted half of what they say i would sound like an idiot. (that was not a jab at America, but i would never adopt words like "dude" or "awesome")

I rarely listen to the bombcast, so no.

I use a lot more ironic evonics now and I've picked a few other things the crew does.

I don't think so. I listen to the Bombcast quite regularly. But so far everything I've said has never sounded out of place. At least, no one has ever pointed it out to me.

No actually, the only person who managed that was Mark at Classic Game Room, and it was for the better. The crew has never managed to change my manner of speech... that I'm aware of.

The word "janky" has become a part of my lexicon.

I use the phrase "Do dirt" more.

I think I use the phrase "OK, I'm back in" a lot more than I used to. Or maybe I always have and only just noticed it.

The crew haven't, but Giantbomb the forums has made me a lot more formal in my text chat.

The only thing I've started saying as a result of GiantBomb is "Durgers".

I adopted Vinny's "What-Ever" with the pause in between. otherwise no.

I started saying Ryan's "boom" a lot. I also use Brad's  "hmmm" in the exact tone which either sounds like disappointment or contemplation.

I honestly said a lot of the words they say before I even came here.  Iit was quite the trip to hear them saying it for the first time and feeling like they were the type of people I would hang around with.

I've picked up a lot of Americanisms from all the podcasts I listen to and videos I watch, including GB, so yes.

Definitely, mainly "word?" and various curses courtesy of Ryan Davis. Man knows how to hurl profanities.

I'm trying to find the right moment to start throwing out "duder" but I have been talking about durgers for a while now.

Not too much, but I do seem to use "that dude" a lot more now, in place of such boring pronouns as "he" or "she".

most americanisms are fine (Im Irish) however , if I ever hear a european say douchebag, I will punch him in the face.
