Ignoring all traffic laws and not having to worry about cops unless I smash into one.
If you could have one video game convenience in real life...
Looting the dead guys I kill. I mean, sure I can do it now, but then people start asking questions. I just wish it was less of a hassle.
Save points and reloads. There are so many things I would love to try out if I had the ability to undo it at the click of a button.
I've always been OCD about saving in games.I probobly do it too much.So any time I play a game that lets you save anywhere I get into a habit of want to do it in real life.So that probably.

Punching walls and getting fully cooked chickens.
This is pretty good. I would have to go with respawing though.
Quick save/load and being able to see the stats of life in a nice easy to read graph of numbers. To be able to know what people really think of you because your S-Link with them is only a 1 when you thought it was a 3 or a 4 would be neat. Being able to just look at a percentage or xx/xx number and see how much more you need to do something to reach your goal would be awesome.
WINNER: Impossible comic book style boobs on all the women around me, is what I'd want.
RUNNER UP: If I get shot, I need only run away, and I am healed within 20 seconds.

Reload of course! Although I'm a bit afraid I would turn into a monster...
Everyone would for awhile, but eventually you would get bored of indulging in all the taboo things you would never normally do because of the negative repercussions. Then you would just use it to help yourself from the moment to moment once all the fantasies had been done too many times.
Saving and Loading.
Because lets face it, we all have wanted to have a second (or third or fourth) chance at something.
The problem with reloading a previous saved life is that you are still effectively only going to live your "4 score and 10", you'll just be going back in time to before you messed up.
The advantage of infinite lives and/or regenerating health (or even GOD MODE) is that you can keep on going along the timeline indefinitely and get to see and participate in all the fabulous advances that will happen in the future.
I'd like to be able to hold onto ledges indefinitely. Arms never get tired, fingers don't hurt... It would really help with my tree climbing I think. Sometimes when hanging onto a branch it takes a while to find another that's gonna hold your weight, and sometimes there is none at all, so being able to hang there for eternity would be just wonderful.
Gotta go with fast travel. I am in the unfortunate position of having to travel to places I don't like (such as Kansas City, New Orleans, etc - no offense intended to those that live there) with some frequency for work, and i would love to be able to just be there in the blink of an eye. Somewhat lengthy flights are really not fun, especially when you always have layovers.

Uhm...respawn of course. Get rid of the risk of death.
Saves are tempting. If you die would you load your last save automatically or would loading only work when you're concious/alive?
Well I think we'd all prefer not automatically reloading, otherwise you'd be in an infinite loop of death.
