If you lost one of your "Welcome Back" free game slots look here.

"If this happened, go to the XMB and under the PlayStation Network column, go to Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotions to download the game for that first slot." 
 
For me the download still doesnt work but it does say I still have an option.

I lol'ed. I have yet to put in my code for Mortal Kombat Online play. Still, glad it's back up though.

I'm glad someone figured this out, because I had this happen to me. Yay for free games though! (And Sony finally getting everything online).

Your welcome to everyone and yes I guess there is a time limit before they take welcome back down. And if you get errors dont worry just keep retrying and it will eventually fix itself
