I would've been 12ish at the time? The only thing I remember about gaming websites at that point was Gamespot (Kevin VanOrd) seemed to be the only other person/entity to like that Prince of Persia reboot.

I was working in Japan at this time 10 years ago. Unbeknownst to me that my life was going to change a lot in 2008. That year was a year that a lot changed in my personal life and I discovered Giant Bomb because I needed a podcast to listen to to reduce the stress of those personal life changes. 10 years on, I'm doing really well, but I still listen to Giant Bomb religiously. It's amazing to look back and see just how much things can change in 10 years.
