PS3 game I'm trying to remember

It was a long time ago when it came out. It might only be a tech demo. i remember it being quite short and having a dog, that i think attacks you. does this ring any bells. it's in a city. you just walk around i think. damn i wish i had more. i never played it and for some reason i'm remembering it and want to find it. i remember it being surreal.
