PSN maybe possibly up for internal testing via SOCOM leaderboards

Now, I have no idea how accurate this could be, but if you look at the SOCOM 4 leaderboards for the week you can see that about 40 of what looks like temporary tags and others have been playing the game since yesterday.
Maybe it's not an indication and it doesn't require PSN to update, but I just found it to be rather interesting.

sure is a step towards the right direction, If they are able to play internally and the stats getting uploaded  to the website it seems like at least it should be up within a week or two tops

It's good someone's getting some use out of SOCOM multiplayer. I guess. Too bad there'll probably be two or three more military shooters to replace it before PSN is back online.

On the positive side, I think "no online" has finally replaced the "no games" PS3 meme.
