Why wouldn't he put this on the 360, if it's a game like Fallout all he has to do is look at the sales figures and see that Fallout 3 sold more on the 360.
Unless Sony has something to do with the publishing or funding of the game, then I can see why. Excited to see what it's like.

But he's also a japanese developer first, and he knows what sales more over there, and I'm sure Sony paid him something to make them an exclusive. Or maybe he wants to mess with the Blu-ray tech? It's an appealing function to developers. And yes, he's doing Vanquish still, I imagine this is far off.

Any game has more sales on 360 due to install base and higher attach rate except in weird cases(Batman, Dante's Inferno), I expect it will be similar in tone to Fallout 3 but have a weird Japanese hook, and Sony and Nintendo rule Japan not Microsoft, though it could turn out to be multiplatform, he never said why it was coming to PS3.
If true, I'm interested to see what they would do with it. Would it be the 1940s? Would you be a japanese citizen trying to survive after Hiroshima and Nagasaki were leveled?
@Icemael: Famitsu's generally leak around Wednesday morning JST, and that scan is pretty damn fake looking. Plus, April fools is in a few days and the countdown on Mikami's site stops at that day, which is the launch of the site.
