I need help. What episode of the Bombcast does Jeff talk about pouring oil down the sewer grate at the end of his driveway? I believe several other items are also mentioned being disposed of using the sewer... Classis Gerstmann shenanigans.

@spoonman671: I think this might have been like "a thing Jeff's dad did when Jeff was young" or "a thing Jeff did when he was like 20", not so much a recent thing. Also I barely remember this anecdote and it's possible OP doesn't have the details right. I feel like it was a while ago.

Yes, it was from an older Bombcast and not an actual thing he did. It was an ongoing bit that he kept throwing out during the podcast. It was hilarious.

Definitely an informant... I've spent months combing through old Bombcasts looking for the hard truth, but until I get a confession from the community we can't take him down.

Obviously, I want to re-listen to it because it was hilarious, but do not have the time to listen through hours of old Bombcasts to find it.

I'm fairly certain it was pre-2013 because I think Ryan was still around (memory is a little foggy). Hopefully someone that remembers sees this thread!

I don't know about oil but if you want Jeff throwing things in storm drains this is what comes to mind for me

It might be related to the discussion where Ryan talked about his parent fostering wildlife and Jeff complaining about raccoons in a storm drain near his house.

@skuski: Funnily enough, i picked a random bombcast to listen to on my way home from work yesterday and this was it! It's the 2/26/2013 bombcast. I don't have an exact time code, but it's less than 45 minutes in for sure. He's telling Vinny how to dispose of oil, but confesses to no criminal activity of any kind, so take that back to the precinct with you.
