If you look at the "games" offered it appears to be a string of cheap puzzles games interspersed with generic holiday scenes. Does THIS get the Nintendo seal of quality? It would be offensive to call it a game that is for sale, if it were not just blandly boring.

I don't think anything gets the Nintendo seal of approval these days outside of first-party developed software. Nintendo have long since welcomed shovelware shit on their e-store.
