The Bioshock ending was pretty lame, mostly because the whole point of playing through that game was for the story. I could have done without the whole part after the "Would you kindly?" thing.
The whole scene with Andrew Ryan is pretty seriously kick ass though.

Yeah, after how awesome most of the game was, the endings were a huge disappointment.
Definitely gotta go with Halo 2. No closure whatsoever, no climactic final battle, just a blatant method for ensuring that there would be a Halo 3, and that I would play it.

From games I've played in the past year, I'd have to say FFXIII. The ending resolved the story in the most mundane way possible. Also, the final boss of the game was silly.
It's not necessarily the WORST but I remember being really pissed off by Borderlands. I spent so much time in that game and the last hour or two was such a let down. The rest of the game was so good I still have an overall favorable view of it though.
The worst game ending for me was probably God of War III. Well, not so much the ending as the final few hours. After several great action sequences and an epic scope, the game just falls flat after Cronos; such a shame :(

I never beat AC1 because it's mad boring, but AC2 is still one of the worst I've seen.
The endings that pissed me off the most were Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Borderlands. Both left me extremely underwhelmed for having spent a shit ton of hours playing them.
I loved the Limbo ending. It was one of those endings where I just sat with a dumb smile on my face because it fit perfectly.
I would have to say the first Assassins Creed and Bioshock. Modern Warfare 2 was a bit of a bummer too. The first one ended on such a triumphant note, and I actually understood what was going on. MW2 felt like a cheap knock off of the first and I was so lost at that point it wouldn't have mattered what the ending was.
Heavy Rain had kind of a crappy ending too. The entire story was already starting to fall in on itself but it just culminated at the end.
Brutal Legend had it pretty bad. The story ends about 1/3 too early and it seems like the developers (especially the writers) just wanted the game out the door as quickly as possible. I was legitimately having trouble believing that the final act was actually the final act.
KZ 3 and Halo 2 for pretty much the same reason and AC 2 because I hate the Desmond stuff and the fact that it was incomprehensible trash.
KOTOR 2 is a huge disappointment since a lot of the endings basically weren't there.
Those old "The End" or "Congratulations" screens were fine back when they were in vogue but I hate when games pull that shit now (which KZ3 pretty much does as well as having a dreadful conclusion to its story).

Kinda understand where you are coming from (I think), but despite the quickness of the ending and its anticlimactic nature I really like how it left us with a question to ponder.

Y'all are crazy. I love how both of them ended, made me so stoked for more, but that's just like my opinion man.
Psi-Ops. A cliff hanger that still hasn't been addressed! Also MGS4 because of how ape-shit the ending got, even by MGS standards. Plus it went on forever
