When adding people, images are required?

I tried creating a new page for a  person  but I got the message "image must be specified". What if you don't have a picture? I'm just trying to fill out game credits but I guess the person needs to have own page first. How do create a page without an image? Do you have to create a page for the person to list them in the credits?

I've also tried this and didn't have a picture.
