will usb bootable windows 7 installation remove my program file 86 data?

i got fl studios and some beats that i dont readily have the storage to move it all into. just want to kno if i did this installation, would it in effect remove those files...or would it just load the iso as normal and let me still access the files on the hard drive

The usb would be the root drive and the hdd with your other files would be mounted as D or whatever. No files would be overwritten.
