Great analysis of a game that more people need to play. The Noclip interview with the developer gives the message that everyone has depth and is worth knowing about. I think Hypnospace does wonders with subverting the first impressions characters give through their cheesy pages. The biggest driver of the modern internet is assuming the opposite is true and writing people off for holding different views. This retro-styled, garish simulation is in some ways empathy practice.
