I'm a highschool kid, I need food, I eat, during lunch of course. Point is, sometimes I don't have alot of money, sometimes I want to get my a sandwich and a drink that'll fill me up. My option? 5 dollar footlongs.
5 dollar footlongs, or....
That.Looks.Awesome.
I also have a similar sandwich that I eat with my buddies, served cold, with ham, pickles, lettuce, and lots of mayo.
I don't know about the Subway you go to, but the one around here doesn't put anywhere near that much meat on sandwiches.
Except there is a huge difference between what they show in pictures and their actual sandwiches, more so than most places.
A footling sub isn't that big anyways. You could get three 1 dollar sandwiches and a large fry from BK, McD, Wendy's etc... and get more food for the same price.
5 dollar foot longs are gone man. I found out this last monday.Or at least at my subway here. Need confirmation. It sucks. But I go to places in the mall, I love the chicken teppanaki with rice, or sushi, sushi is the shit. Just get a box from the local supermarket with 12 pieces, it is awesome. Though it can be pricey. For cheap eats, I go to taco bell, the value menu is amazing. So is the Wendy's one.
you dont need to eat buy Machinarium , its $5.

My mom packed my lunch in high school. And in college, all my meals will be free because of my meal plan. I wouldn't know, I mean for the most part I eat Chick-fil-A or Chipotle. Chioptle is more expensive than what you're talking about, but Chick-fil-A is so fucking good and relatively cheap.
" i am pretty sure they charge for extra meat. "They do. I love Subway, though. It never gets too expensive for me.
I'd love to get Quizno's more often, but that is definitely expensive. I rarely spend less than $12-13 there (as opposed to like 7 bucks at Subway).
Bring a drink from home, buy the sub without the combo. Either you save some scratch, or you can eat more often.
" I don't know about the Subway you go to, but the one around here doesn't put anywhere near that much meat on sandwiches. "Actually I find most of the Subways in my city are pretty good for filling. I have at least 4 particularly favorite places that would give me sandwiches like that
Make your own sandwich - way more satisfying.
If you don't have the time, than go to your good ol' mom and pop restaurants. They usually sell food cheaper than what you can get at national food chains and your money helps support the local community. Just go on yelp.com to find any type of food you like.
Subway is just cold McDonalds. When I was a school child I got all my energy from sweets. Lrn 2 be a child.
