Biting whilst Kissing. (Yay or Nay)

I had a girlfriend who enjoyed biting whilst kissing. Whilst it was a turn on for her, it really put me off. I've spoken with a few friends about it on certain ocassions and I've had mixed views.
I was wondering how the rest of you felt about the subject.

I don't know what the problem is with blood being drawn, assuming the other person doesn't have HIV. It has a metallic taste but other than that, it's nothing.

Biting not really, but nibbling has it's moments. As long as it doesn't hurt too much.

Depends on how hard the biting is. Some nibbling is okay I guess.

its not nearly as bad as a mosquito bite.

A few bumps and bites are a good thing, from time to time.

Man, this is the kinkiest topic I've seen in awhile. 

I really, really like it especially when there is just a little blood drawn.
It feels soooo good the taste isn't bad at all. 
I also enjoy when they dig their nails in my back.

See this is probably why I was so turned off by it. She was biting so hard on my lips that they began to bleed etc. It wasn't pleasent. "

Nibbling, yes. Biting, no. Definitely shouldn't be any blood drawn. How many kinds of fucked up do you have to be to enjoy pain...?
