Crimes are committed with stolen guns.  Making it harder or easier for the average citizen to legally get a gun makes no difference.

This topic was a complete failure from the very beginning. Please do not link to random news articles and simply say "What do you think?" There are plenty of sites on the internet already that are nothing more than link dumps, this is not one of them.
