Most of the people actually posting are. i see these same people here every day. out of the thousands of members here these are the people who are recognizable.
Do You consider Yourself a Prominent Member of the GB Community?
Not really... the only well-known ones are the mods, and the people in the "top posters" column on the left.
" I'd probably dissapeared alot of the few radars that I was once one, after taking off my Dylan Moran avatar =P. "Ahh!! I had a vague recollection of the name, but couldn't figure it out. You will always be Dylan Moran to me...
And to answer the question, no I do not.
" Most of the people actually posting are. i see these same people here every day. out of the thousands of members here these are the people who are recognizable. "I'd agree.
" I'd probably dissapeared alot of the few radars that I was once one, after taking off my Dylan Moran avatar =P. "I'm trying to remember... I think I remember you being in the wiki mod team, am I right? When we had to crack down on all the submissions to get our hoodies. :)
I'm probably wrong though.... I usually remember people through avatars, but your name is very very very familiar.
" What ever happened to Government Cheese... Now THAT dude was a celebrity "He was my second favorite member, right behind Biff.
" I've probably dissapeared of alot of the few radars that I was once on, after taking off my Dylan Moran avatar =P. "Yeah I think the Dylan Moran avatar really did it for you. At least for me it did.
As for me? I don't particularly think so. Bar the username which weirds a few people out but that's it.
I do contribute to the site through the wiki's and forum stuff, and I've made some good friends; and, as far as considering myself to be a prominent member of the Giantbomb community, I could be one, but only to those who choose to recognize me and follow me. Other than that, I'm probably not all that noticeable, but I might be a familiar face.
" As for me? I don't particularly think so. Bar the username which weirds a few people out but that's it. "I'd say you are, if not for your sweet teapot avatars then for being a generally helpful and friendly guy.

" I don't think that is up to me to decide. "You automatically are by virtue of being a mod, although you're my favorite because you generally post in threads other than the ones you lock, whereas it seems most of the other mods only post a few times per week (except lordofultima).

Oh yeah, I forgot about those teapot avatars. Thanks anyway, I feel better knowing that I'm actually helping to some degree. As for you, I always associate you with jam (or jello). O_o
" @The_Laughing_Man said:Seriously. I've kept mine the way it is since the start, and don't really plan on changing it, at least til Christmas comes 'round again." I know you by avatar. Not by name..that is how I know most people lol. "I'm the same way. I get thrown off when someone changes their avatar. "
But this is kind of a relative question. I know a few of the users most people wouldn't because I was helping get the Killzone 2 GB clan started with KaosAngel...something that didn't really come through all that much, so people who I would consider 'well known' people don't really bother with.
You would be the first person I recognize in a forum.I almost always see you posting. So I would consider you as one.
I am not,that's for sure.
" @ajamafalous said:Oh wow, that's the first time I've noticed that jam is in my name. Guess I'll take the time to clarify my name then, for those wondering." @eroticfishcake said:Oh yeah, I forgot about those teapot avatars. My name is AJ. Back during the days of the OG Xbox, I would go over to my friend's house every day after school and we'd play 16-player system link Halo CE with our friends, his brother and his friends, and his sister and her friends. One day some of his brother's friends were coming over that we'd never met before and he was introducing us all to them. He introduced me as "AJ, which is short for ajamafalous." So for the past 7 years or so, it's been my username for everything. I'd much rather have something unique to me that nobody is able to pronounce than have something like xXC00lguy1991Xx.
And if you're wondering the phonetics, it's
a (like apple)
ja (like jump)
ma (like mod)
fa (like fun)
lous (like loose)
The first weeks since the site opened I was into the wiki for awhile, then I stopped and did trivia questions. I don't really do either anymore, but I've been roaming around in the forums recently.
Oh and to answer your question, No I just followed Jeff here from Gamespot, it lead me here and it was kinda nice so I stayed.
" I think I am. But I also think I'm the king of the world & everyone worships me. So you can't trust me based on what I think. "Who are you again?
" @ajamafalous: Ah-jam-ma-fu-loose? "Pretty close, except that jam is more like juh.
Also, stress is on the third syllable.
