Do you like horse-drawn carriages?

Just got back from the Team-Driving semi finals at the Kentucky Horse Park.  My girlfriend is really into horses so I went along. What it is is horse-drawn carriages around a course filled with hazards. The operators have to guide the horses pulling the carriage through each hazard in a predetermined mazelike pattern.  I got a lot of exercise today walking from hazard to hazard and watching the competition.  There are about 20 hazards in the course and you have to walk about 15 minutes to each new hazard.  Some have water, hills, and various items as the obstacles.  This course is on maybe 300 acres of land. We enjoyed watching, but I don't know which teams advanced to the finals of the 16 four-hourse teams.

This really is off-topic! I don't really mind them although I nearly got ran over by one when I was in town once (they're all over town).

Uhhmmm... they are fine I suppose? =P I don't think anyone can really "hate" them haha, unless somebody got killed by one or something.
 
Also, this would much better serve as a blog post, (Itl still go to the forums?) I just don't see much discussion arising from "Do you like horse-drawn carriages?" =P

No, Amish drive them all around here and they're freaking insane to have to go around on major god damn highways.  My neighbor killed a guy in one when it pea soup fog, she was cleared but it kind of ruined her day for a couple of years.

No, I prefer Saber-Toothed-Squirrel-Drawn Carriages. That way, people KNOW there's somebody important in them.

Well, uh, I don't have a problem with them.

I prefer the chariot.
