Do you shampoo your beard?

I don't currently have a beard. I'm just curious. 

I shampoo and condition my beard.

If you have a beard long enough to shampoo, it is time for a shave.

Shampoo at normal length, shampoo and condition when at longer than normal length.

I wash my face. Does that count?

More importantly, do you shampoo your armpits?

I guess so, but I don't really think about it. Once I get suds in my hands from rubbing the soap into my hair I will always give it a little scrubbing with whatever suds are in my hands. I never pour out some soap just for washing the beard specifically though.

Tried this once. It was kind of awesome, makes your armpit hair actually soft....

Yep. I get some bad beard dandruff if I don't.

I just user bar soap, when my beard gets oily it gets stringy, which is gross. Bar soap dries up those oils and allows my beard to be thick and awesome.

Surprisingly, drywall powered is AMAZING for this. Whenever I do drywall work my beard looks great for weeks.

Yes. And then I stand in front of the mirror for 5 minutes and stroke it, admiring it's beauty.

Yes, when I shower I use shampoo on my beard. However after I eat something greasy or smelly, I will usually just soap it up and rinse it out at the sink with a mixture of that foaming hand soap and Ultra Dawn dish soap. Otherwise the smell will follow me around wherever I go and annoy the hell out of me. I do this at least once a day, sometimes more.

Don't have a recent picture. I'll have to take one later after I shower.

My beard is in flux as of now and I don't have a camera handy, but here's my beard at a long length.

By the time it gets long enough to do that, I'm about to trim it down to a civilized length.

I shampoo my beard when it's long enough, makes it real nice. And I shampoo my armpits.

I do not. And my beard was like 4-6 inches at one point.

This thread makes my face somehow itchy.

I do not have a beard, but I recently found myself wondering if I should shampoo my pubic hair. Is that a thing people do? Or do most people trim it so much that it doesn't matter?
