It's kind of impossible for no one else to find a famous person attractive. If they're famous, it's pretty much guaranteed that someone else would also find said person attractive.

It's Andy Serkis for me. Not specifically for his looks, although I find him endearing, but for how he completely embodies the spirit of acting. The man is the best at what he does. Just watch any behind the scenes video of him as Caesar or Gollum or any of the other mocap performances he's put on. It's kind of mesmerizing to watch him work, and I think that's attractive.
@Laksa: Ellen was the one I was going to go with. That's a goofy pic but 45+ Ellen is 10 shades of a attractive. Her zero attainability by men gives her another 5 shades.
A lot of SNL/Comedy Central women are hot to me. Tina Fey, arghh I forget her name but the Jewish lady who does Comedy Central stuff and is married to Jimmy Kimmel... she's mind boggling hot, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, the loud mouth redhead who used to do a lot of Comedy Central stuff but now does like runway fashion tabloid shows... the list goes on.
It's hard to find someone that others don't think is attractive, ESPECIALLY celebrities. I find that if you take any woman that's in decent physical condition and isn't disfigured, there will be a lot of people who find her attractive.

I think Ralph Fiennes is gorgeous. I'm sure others do too but I don't see him crop up on "Celebs You Find Attractive" lists very often. I also think Helena Bonham Carter is beautiful!

@Sjupp: I was referring to discussions of "Attactive famous people". This thread hasn't gone where the title wanted it to go, which may be an impossibility since the kind of famous people we're mentioning here are all pretty attractive in the first place. My point was that when people discuss attractive actresses/models whatnot, Jennifer is rarely mentioned - thus, she fits the bill to a degree.
