they're alright, but their name is waaaay lame.

I fully support what they are doing and able to do. I really like Earl Sweatshirt's album. I doubt I could physically handle seeing them live though- I don't have enough pent-up rage inside of me to deal with the crowd.

and they are all right... Id rather have them become popular than what we are listening to nowadays like lil wayne and shit.  But it also could be better than OFWGKTA imo

Its strange a strange name, Odd Future is much more speaker friendly- but it is a brand that is pretty cool.

I only learned of them about a week ago when I was on a song lyrics site and curiously clicked on Assmilk ft. Tyler the Creator by Earl, I was like fucking disgusted by the lyrics. Then I actually listened to it, still was kinda disturbed but I wanted to listen again, I couldn't understand why.
 
But yeah I actually like them now, there's really not much else like them out there, and admittedly Tyler's rhymes are pretty sick. You just have to remember not to take what they're rapping about too seriously most of the time.

I am definitely Feeling Yonkers, but I still need to decide whether I like Odd Future or not , need to give them more of a listen, havent heard to much of their stuff.

Not as good as Das Racist when you talk about weird hip hop/rap, but they're pretty damn good,.

Based on that one song from Jimmy Fallon, I am not a fan.

Although im old and tend to frighten easily thanks for introducing me to new music.

I like the first one, but wasn't really into the jimmy fallon one.  I'll look more into them and I'll probably like some of it.

I can't stop listening to this shit now.

Some of their stuff I like, some of it I don't.  That live perfomance was pretty dope, though.

I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT.

Haha so much image, they have exactly the same type of ICP bullshit written all over. They are creating an image so the weak of mind can focus on everything but the music, which btw kind of sucks. Beats are not deep or groove, rap technique is so-so and the melodic lines sounds like they were made by a 12-year old. 
 
Does everything from america has to have image to distract from the music nowadays? First lady gaga and now this!

Cool stuff... I have always enjoyed the horror aspects of hip hop, and I still have the Flatlinerz, Gravediggaz, Bushwick Bill, as well as a few others from Philly that I can't remember the name of right now. 
 
The name would sound better if it was just Odd Future, but I have no problem with what they call themselves.

Well, I can definitely respect people that can actually make albums on their own, without the help of the recording industry. Also the fact that they respect their fans by letting them listen to their work without paying anything.

I love them! Tyler, The Creator is incredibly dope, and I'm kind of digging Earl Sweatshirt too. The opening track of Tylers first album is really, really good too.

Got into them a week or so before the Fallon show, and they are really amazing, the best thing is they have loads of content our there for free! To think these dudes are still in their late teens and making this kind of music, it's pretty darn incredible, if all goes well I hope they could end up being this generations version of WU-Tang.
