Night before or day of if I have time. If its due later in the day, i'll do it same day. If its due the next morning, I'll do it the night before around midnight
It all depends on the class for me. For my math classes I would like to get the HWs done as early as possible so I could ask the professors for help on problems that I didnt understand. For classes that involved writing or reading I was always getting my stuff done the night before, or, in the case of reading, putting it off throughout the week so that I would have to do all my reading on the weekend or not do it at all.
