Over the last 6 months I have been drinking a lot of soda. To the point were if I don't drink one all day I get a headache. I drink probably about 1-2 a day. How much if any do you drink?
Also it does not help that my faucet has been producing milky water of late........

" All the time! But for the past week or two I have had none, so I've had juice and energy drinks. Is it really fattening? How bad? I drink a lot of it and I'm not fat. "All drinks pretty much, with the exception of water, are empty calories. One can of Coke is about 140 calories on its own, and let's not forget all the sugar (or "high fructose corn syrup") that goes into the drink.
Not that I'm trying to be the health police here or anything, but just throwing these things out there.
Usually one with lunch and one in the evening. Sometimes I'll have an extra one in there somewhere, but I also make sure to drink about a gallon of water each day.

I enjoy drinking soda, but I try to avoid it. I only really drink it about once a month. Or if I had a shitty day.
I drink way way way too much soda. About three months ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and I am trying to do better, but it's very hard. Definately get the withdrawl headaches since I have tried quitting many times over the years. These days I only drink diet sodas, so at least it cut out the calories but a lot of studies say that diet soda is just as bad for you because your body can't really tell the fake sugar from the real thing so it affects how fast you metabolize your food anyway.
I used to drink soda nearly exlcusively, like 4+ cans a day. Then I developed Acid Reflux from destroying my stomach. So all I drink now is water. Was a bit rough at first, for my body to miss all that caffeine, I got over it.
When I was at university, it was basically all I drank, just because I had so little time to do anything besides study and it was easiest just to go to a vending machine to get some coke and some chocolate. I switched to drinking mostly flavoured water when it started to really impact my health. (mainly my teeth!)
i drink like 2 cans of coke zero or something similar to that a day
it's pretty bad, but at least i'm not drinking empty calories.
the downside is that instead of sugar (which i trust) i drink whatever the fuck kinda chemicals they put in diet soda (which is...bad)

I usually drink about a litre a day. I don't drink it everyday because I always run out and have to get more.
maybe one every other day?
Although I have a gatorade pretty much every day, and i'm not sure if that's much better.
Stopped drinking when I decided I needed to take better care of myself. These days it's water, juice(from actual fruits) and tea.
