Is the pile of dead bodies from people jumping off the bridge high enough that I'd survive my jump? That could be a pretty novel experience. Otherwise, no, I'd go learn how to communicate with animals.
I would enjoy being the only person in the world until it got boring. Then maybe I would jump off the bridge. Actually, I would do something else. Jumping off bridges would just be too mainstream.

The word 'everyone' would mean, by its very definition, every, single, last person. There would be no one to say 'no' because 'everyone' would mean...well, everyone. Which means this old saying is inherently flawed.
No. Sure peer pressure may be hard to resist when it's something relatively fun or exciting, but jumping off a bridge (presumably to your death) is not fun, or exciting and therefore you don't go 'I'm jumping off a bridge!', more 'What the hell are those people doing?!'

And to answer the question, No/Yes. I wouldn't purposely join everyone else, but i doubt i would survive for that long on my own (i can't farm, am not a doctor, and i am fairly weak compared to a bear/wolves/anything else that could eat me).
I'd stand & watch 7 billion folk jump first. Then I'd consider my position. But if I was going to off myself I'd rather not jump from a great height. There are plenty other ways

if you're incredibly unlucky, or if karma decides to give you the middle finger, you could end up like the guy in missouri who wanted to commit suicide by shooting himself in the face. when that didn't work, he jumped in front of a semi-truck. he managed to survive both of those things.

I don't think it would matter either way. If everyone in the world jumped at the same time it would probably cause a huge earthquake and I would die anyways and if I didn't then 7 billion rotting corpses would surely spread some airborne diseases into the air and I would die from that, so fuck it I'd jump with them.
If i was the only person left on the planet? i wouldn't do that. I would probably travel the world,learn everything i could. then probably kill myself some other way
Who am I to assume that my judgment is better than that of every other person on Earth? I'd jump, assuming that everyone made the decision under their own free will. They probably had a decent reason, like they knew that the Earth was actually the Matrix, and I was the one person they forgot to tell before offing themselves.
