Wait, so this would mean we'd never get hungry or thirsty and thus couldn't satisfy that hunger or thirst. We'd always be at level, so to speak.

I'm not so sure sex or video games could replace that feeling of kicking your feet up with a nice cold beverage and a warm meal.

Dude I spend so much money on food. Granted cooking is fun but it's really time consuming for minimal return so yeah, definitely gonna give up food.

I chose sex. I think removing sex from human interaction would make the entire world a better place. So much hate and anger comes from sex. For something that is supposed to be fun and good for you, sex causes a lot of headaches. I agree with other people that not having to eat would save a ton of money, but food is one of my passions so if I had to choose between not having sex and not eating then I would choose sex. I would never give up gaming especially considering I am a professional game designer and it would make it pretty hard to design games if I couldn't play them.
