Interpol release a new song

It's called 'Lights'. Head over to www.interpolnyc.com if you want to download it. Personally, I think it's pretty rad. It reminds me of their first album while still sounding new. I'm mainly posting this here to see if anyone here actually listens to/knows about Interpol, as they are one of my two favorite bands.

They definitely aren't a band for everyone, but if you give them time they certainly will grow on you. I'm glad they're back, as 2007 was a very long time ago!

You're right, it sounds like the 1st album but sounds very new. And very invigorating. It's a grower, with fantastic payoff. Very impressed!

Never heard of this band. But checked out the link, and it's quite good! I enjoyed the style sort of.

This definitely is a grower. I've been listening to it on loop. Great guitar riff. I love how dark and creepy it is, but with juxtaposing cheery Julian Plenti singing and harmonised vocals! This would sound great live. 

Funny how the drums are completely toned down. It's kinda like Wrecking Ball. 

Big tease at the end, I wanted more!
