Rocko's Modern Life, though I'm sort of glad it never lived long enough to begin sucking.

Studio 60, Pushing Daisies (1st series better as it was more innocent) and Torchwood.  The last 3 episodes were a travesty toned down for the channel change so it even ended on a truly crap note.

Mine are the usual Firefly, Arrested Development and Futrama.  Except I also really liked Life and Reaper, both were great shows that had a lot of originality to them.

I'm going for the underdog 4400. It got overshadowed by Heroes, but the writing and world of 4400 was so much more consistent (even if the acting and production value could be a bit...dodgy.) Just loved the central concept, and like a lot of these shows, it ended on a pretty big moment that would have made a fifth season really amazing.
 
Also will add a vote for TSCC. Show was just hitting its stride when they pulled the plug, and for really stupid reasons too.
 
Also would love some more Home Movies, but that is just because its the BEST TV SHOW EVER.

Well, at least a couple people said Undergrads. All hope is not lost.
 
The show ended on such a "man I wanna see what's gonna happen" feeling, too. Not really a cliffhanger.

Can't think of any.  I got into Firefly YEARS after it was cancelled.  

The only ones I really miss are Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, especially SGA, it ended WAAY to fucking soon to make room for the shitty SGU
