Spartan race.

Really just wondering if any other GB guys and girls take part in this thing, or something similar? Did the sprint in September and im doing to the the super in the September coming. :D

Its like...an obstacle course. If it was 3 miles long and in a forest :P

I was signed up for it but had to cancel last minute which was a bummer. Had friends who did it though seemed pretty rad.

It is, you should get yourself on it. 3 miles is prob the best place to start if you haven't done them before.

Do i have to be naked to participate?

Yea I did one here in MA with a couple of my friends, I am not a good runner but it was fun like carrying rocks and stuff. My suggestion is to wear like football (american football) cleats because the terrain is going to get chewed up and you don't want to roll your ankle cause your running shoes could not grip. Football cleats i have are high tops and provide more support. My buddy also did the zombie run thing. I think Patrick had done one of those out in Indiana.

I have done the Spartan Race and The Warrior Dash twice now, I love them.

erm well, i guess you could run without a shirt? it does stop you ruining a shirt you might want to keep :P.
