What do you do while you game?

I game, usually. That's about it. I can barely keep up with text messaging and getting sips from my water bottle inbetween Halo matches and concentrate at the same time. Adding music or something else to that mix will just ruin it for me.

I usually listen to new podcasts when I game. But, other then that, I eat and drink. Pretty standard.

First time round nothing, I just immerse myself in the game. Next time, I podcast while gaming and from then on, I just listen to Podcasts. Two birds, one stone my friends.

I think about how long it will be until the next load/dialog pause where I can continue drinking my beer.  Usually I give up, pause, drink beer, then go back to playing while thinking about how long it will be until the next load/dialog pause where I can continue drinking my beer.

It really depends on the game. 

Eve Online: music, using ingame browser and talking on irc. if in gang roam/fleet action then only teamspeak on.

Anything else: mostly focused on game, sometimes talking on irc.

I like to bake haha. I live in a studio apartment so my kitchen is like, right there, and it's easy to keep an eye on things. Sometimes I listen to music but usually I prefer hearing the game sound effects. 
 
Oh but yeah, normally I can't really focus on anything else if I'm playing something.

Usually I just play the game, but sometimes I cook while I'm gaming. That can have a negative effect on the food though.

Well currently i'm playing Halo matchmaking "Infection" while listening to Strapping Young Lad, before that i was playing Infection while listening to Bathory, and before that i was playing Infection while listening to DIO.

If im playing a racing game then i listen to my own music but for everything else I just look at the screen and all that jazz...

 I usually make balloon animals while I game, not always though.

well, if its a handheld, probably watch tv or listen to the radio.

I usually drink... booze.

For most games the game takes up all of my attention, although if I'm playing something like an MMORPG sometimes I'll listen to a podcast or music.

Depends on the game.  If its something I'm into I'll focus mainly on the game, but if its something that I've beaten and just playing through again, I normally listen to music or watch something on the internet.

I only play games when I game.
