Toss up between milk and white. I really hate the bitterness of Dark chocolate. It's like taking away the best parts of chocolate and inserting bitterness.
Generally dark, but not all dark chocolate is created equal. Some are way more bitter than others (not a fan of those). Milk chocolate is alright though.
You know, I don't believe I've ever given dark chocolate a real chance. One day I hope to address this horrible travesty. In the meantime I have no choice but to vote milk chocolate.
Any chocolate, as long as it's good. I've been on several chocolate tours from Scharffenberger to Hershey. I've met rock stars of the chocolate world, at least the American chocolate world, like Shawn Askinosie, Gary Guittard, and Art Pollard. I have a huge box of various chocolate bars behind me, everything from small up and comers who do single origin bars like Potomac Chocolate to bigger guys specializing in flavored ones like Vosgues. I bought a bar from the first batch of camel milk chocolate (yes, it's what you think it is) sold at retail in the US. I eat cocoa nibs and peanut butter on English muffins for breakfast. My girlfriend and I are taking a trip this weekend to a city three hours away just to visit the three chocolatiers there. If it's chocolate, I'm in.
I really am not a fan of chocolate for the most part. I can always get down with some 80% cacao dark chocolate, though. I'm a gummy bear kind of Duder.
Had dark chocolate once as a kid and I had a pretty bad experience with it. Might want to try it again after all these years. So as of right now, either Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate for me.
White chocolate. I love sassy whi-...oh, we're seriously talking about candy here? Still, my answer is white chocolate even though it's stupidly unhealthy.
