There are certain moves I've seen so many times. My top 3 (in no particular order) are probably: Goodfellas, Shrek, and Big Daddy. All amazing movies. Yeah so what movies have you guys seen the most times?
edit: Bad Boys 2, The Parent Trap (remake), Matilda, Scoobie Doo on Zombie Island, and Jumanji. I've seen those a shit-load of times as well.

Probably either The Transporter 3, or The Italian Job. And no, not the 2003 remake - the original version of the film, with Michael Caine. I've seen The Transporter 3 three times in the past month.

Shaun of the Dead, Kung Pow, Monty Pythons Holy Grail. Watched them all enough to know the script off by heart, but it's been about 5years since I've watched the later two.

Other than kid's movies, probably Help! I love the Beatles, and I love this movie's ridiculousness. I find some new joke every time.

Also: Muppet Christmas Carol. It's my go-to Christmas film.

The Santa Clause, A Christmas Story, and Elf. I racked up so many views because I like watching Christmas movies during the season while I'm playing games.

Probably a tie between Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away. The New Star Trek movie is pretty high up there too.

When I was like eight I used to watch Jumanji like three times every single day, so that probably beats out everything else lol.

T2 is obviously the obligatory movie to mention, but yeah, that wowed more people on the planet than any other.
A little less predictable title for me is Amelie and Saving Private Ryan.
Oh, and of course Akira!
I still have the VHS Collector's Edition, but it's completely unwatchable now, so many times I've seen it.

A few of them have been mentioned (Robocop, Terminator, Fight Club etc). But there's only two movies I know for sure that I've seen a ridiculous amount of:

'Starship Troopers' and 'A View to a Kill'.

I know.

Toss up between Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Aladdin, and Ghostbusters. I find the older I get the less I want to watch a movie over and over again. Unless I am sharing it with somebody who has never seen it before.
