What should I watch on Netflix Instant stream?

There are lots of movies that I would like to see but don't know where to begin since there are so freakin many!
 One series i was thinkin of was the mad max ones since I just beat fallout 3 and I'm in the post  apocalyptic mood.
 
Any other suggestions?

Seriously though, Mad Max is on the Queue, so thats a way to go.

I thought Ping Pong Playa was kinda funny... Any Sylvester Stallone movie like Lock Up and Over the Top.  Running man with Arnold Schwarzenegger is on there.  

You can just spend days with all the shows on there.  I suggest: 
The IT Crowd 
Arrested Development  
Doctor Who 
and there is a boat load of South Park on there too

Apparently Terminator 2 is on there, but the first isn't. I got into Dexter recently, and seasons 1 and 2 are available if you're interested. You'll also find plenty of documentaries, such as Super Size Me, Food Inc., This Film is Not Yet Rated...and KING OF KONG!!!!  
 
Although, it's worth pointing out that there have been films that are only available for streaming for a limited time.

Interstate 60. A wonderful movie starring Christopher Lloyd and Amy Smart (supporting characters). It's one of those magical movies that make you happy all over; I smiled thoughout the entire length of it.

Check out King of Kong. It's an awesome documentary about two guys competing for the Donkey Kong world record.

Watch "The Chaser". Its a korean film and based on true events, which makes it even scarier.
