There's a male equvalent of this where people pump silicone into their junk until its huge, and most importantly, so large as to not be compatible with women anymore. Also, this reminds me of this great scene from "Crank: High Voltage" where there's a shoot out in a club. This woman with fake breasts gets shot in the aforementioned fake breasts and silicone starts squirting out. It was pretty funny.
