What do you guys do if you cant sleep. What secret little thing do you use to help you fall asleep. Everytime i lay down to go to sleep my mind is racing with thoughts and things going on in the world that needs to be solved. Again needing some sleep.
well your mind isnt going to be racing for a reason. Whatever it is, sort it out. Then you can sleep. also, dont play video games or watch tv or anything, go old school and read a book. dont stop reading till u can barely keep ur eyes open. The best books for this situation are textbooks for any course u may be on, or if at work.....work stuff?!?!
If you literally haven't slept for 5 days and still can't I say you take a trip to the hospital, seriously. They'll give you something that'll fix that for sure.
There is no secret to getting good sleep, I still have problems with it. I like to be in a cold room bundled in blankets (AC during summer). Even though they say not to play videogames or watch TV before bed I often find playing some classic games like NES calms me down nicely. Sometimes I listen to audiobooks in bed until it starts not making any sense and I know that I'm starting to go asleep.
