I just broke the 11th monitor trying to finally get the "smash tv" achievement......only to find I must have missed one somewhere./frustrating
This video guide should help. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBnBboJErHkThe last one is pretty tricky in that you gotta use one of the turrets to break the screen. Also one of the chambers has two screens in it so that might be the one you missed.
