I’m using the Saitek x52 on pc, and it seems like I have to push the stick really far forward and back before the ship starts to move. I calibrated the stick in windows, and checked for dead zone in the game menu. It’s already at 0, and the other options are just sensitivity. I turned those up, but the dead zone problem persists. Anyone else run into this issue, or have a fix? Thanks!

I'm using a 22 year old Top Gun Thrustmaster and it doesn't seem to have any deadzone issues. I need to dig out my old X52, because trying to use a hybrid of keyboard/joystick like I used to with TIE Fighter isn't working for me. Esp with VR. Can't manage power using number keys if I can't see them lol.

Looking on reddit, someone's posted a rather lengthy workaround for the deadzone.

And it looks like devs are also aware and are working on it.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same thing on my Warthog. Luckily, it's a known issue so a fix should be on the way.
