An older man who helps the Trailblazer and Firefly escape from other Bloodhounds harassing them early on in Penacony. He later talks about how his past is connected to the rise of Penacony, but claims that his age is 13 years old. March 7th calls it out as an obvious lie, but he never reveals his true age.
Later, Sunday of The Family accuses Gallagher of being the traitor to the Family, a Pathstrider of the Enigmata, true identity is a composite of 52 different Family members' characteristics, and possibly the one responsible for his sister Sunday's death in the Dreamscape. Gallagher mocks Sunday, saying it was a cruel joke by fate.
Gameplay
Gallagher is a 4* follower of Abundance who wields the Fire element, though he's not strictly a healer in combat, more of a debuffer who can also heal. Gallagher's basic attack damages a single enemy and slightly reduces their attack power. Gallagher's "Special Brew" skill heals a single ally. Gallagher's Technique and Ultimate skills deal some fire damage to all enemies, and also inflict "Besotted" status on them for 2 turns. Gallagher's passive Talent, "Tipsy Tussle," ensures that any enemy afflicted with Besotted will have slightly more Break damage inflicted on them, and that any ally who attacks them will be healed slightly.
