So it has been revealed that you can play as the locusts in the new GoW3 Beast Mode. This sounds really fun and with the success of horde, I have a feeling this will be good as well.

Sweet, looks to be fun. Hopefully regular horde mode is in as well so that you can have both sides. 
 
Also, a third map has been revealed. Thrashball Stadium, Overpass, and now...Garden area like place.

Pick Kantus (Screaming Locust Monk Dude). Annoy every single Gears player in the entire world with Ticker spawns and reviving groups of dudes. Get kicked from the game.
 
Okay. Looks pretty interesting. I wonder if you can eventually play as the Berzerker. Maybe after a number of kills you can spawn it. Like a bonus. You know, for playing well. Heh. Sorry, I can't help it after the female announcer was like "sentry gun is down!"

Looks cool, thanks for the vid. Seems like the rules will have to be tweeked for this mode, or maybe only if you're playing the weak locusts. Story characters dying just like the nameless ones is weird, hope there's some differentiation there. Seems like you'll be able to play a beserker :O

Was expecting it to be some sort of Juggernaut-type mode.  This looks cool too.
